responsive menus

Hi, I hope someone can help me. Im new to WP having previously used the Umbraco CMS and Superfish for my menus. Im trying to find a good drop down menu, like Superfish, which will act responsivly and I can style thru the CSS to any of my page designs and will generate new pages as they are added. Can anyone recommend something for this, source code and how to use it or a plugin which I can infinatly adapt.
