Cusrtomize invoice (professional plugin)

Hi, I jus bought pro version of Pdf Invoices and Packing slips plugin, and I need to customize my invoice.
How can I add single product price (excluding vat)?
Then I need to add ath the bottom Total (ex vat), total of taxes, shipping costs (vat included) and, at the end general total.
Can you support me?
