Empty account page can not

Dear support,

I bought the Core+ calender and the Front End Event Submissions plugin on jun 2015 and want now to download updates and view my reciept, but i don’t see them in my account. The links in the mails shows an empty account page after login.

Can you please help me so i can download updates?
