Problems with my site after updating

Since updating this morning I have multiple issues.

1st – I can’t log on with safari only chrome

2nd – the dashboard when visiting pages is no longer a bar at the top of the page (where customiser, page editor and dashboard are located) it is not a column below all the content

3rd – various different plugins are not working including beaver builder and hover effects pack (I’m assuming this will be fixed when they update there plugins)

4th – page layouts have changed!

this is extremely frustrating as I cannot correct errors – I would be grateful if anyone knows why I can’t log in on a different browser and a way to mend my dashboard/top row for editing. I have contacted beaverbuilder and chrome to see if they are able to fix any of the issues above.
