    I am getting the below message when trying to publish to Apple News:

    “There has been an error with the API. Please make sure your API settings are correct and try again: INVALID_DOCUMENT, INVALID_DOCUMENT”

    It is only happening with some of my posts, but I am using the exact same layout for all, the posts that are not publishing, if I delete all the content from the post, and then try publish, it works no hassle, but as soon as I add the content back in, I get the error again.

    I have tried deleting posts and starting again to no avail. I have been having the same issue with both new and old versions of wordpress.

    I am using Origin Site Builder, but didn’t think it could be this as other posts work using this plugin, it’s just certain posts.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You’ll need to export the JSON file and use the News Preview tool (https://developer.apple.com/news-preview/) to find the actual error. Let us know when you identify that.

    I cant test it, i dont have a mac and they haven’t got a windows program.. I get emails after I try to publish them, would that help?

    Am I correct that you’re using this plugin to build your pages?

    I see some references to panels in the source of your page. It looks like the code that plugin generates is breaking the Apple News plugin’s ability to parse the HTML into Apple News format. If that’s the case, unfortunately we can’t offer any support for third party plugins that generate incompatible HTML.
