    Thank you for your post.

    Based on your screenshot, it says “Success” which means that the email should have been sent. Can you please check that mailbox and it’s spam/junk folder in Gmail as well?

    The reason why it shows under failed is because the Ajax call seems broken due to debugging. Do you have debugging turned on under Newsletters > Configuration on the right-hand side? If you do, please turn it off and it should show under successful.

    Debugging thing is turned off, i check all the mail folders spam/junk no email was received. Any other solutions?
