problem viewing site

ok. eversince i upgraded my wordpress to the latest, i’ve had problems with being able to view my site. at first i thought it was the server i was under, so i emailed my host & after days of emailing back & forth with them, i just noticed if im not login to my wordpress admin then im able to view my site normally. but if i am login to my wordpress admin, i cant view it. is anybody else experiencing the same as this? cause im getiing really frustrated now. its been days & i havent been able to solve this. any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
