Plugin needed: Subscribe to new Posts via Email

    Hi everyone,

    I’m getting very confused with all these plugins …

    I have installed a blog for my sister in law that has moved to sweden and wants to tell all family members about what happens in her life.

    In order to keep all persons up-to-date, they should receive an email any time that she has written a new post.

    So in conclusion I need a plugin for wordpress that collects Email-Adresses with a simple sidebar widget; everytime that a new post is written all collected adresses receive an email that there is new information. Is there something like this?

    Probably easiest to sign up with Feedburner

    Then submit the blogs feed and get the code for email signups.

    Paste the code into the sidebar or wherever you want and anyone that signs up will be sent an email.

    You may also want to check out the feedburner feedsmith plugin.
