    when I am editing my site at the theme appearance menu I see this message:

    “Notice: bbp_setup_current_user was called incorrectly. The current user is being initialized without using $wp->init(). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 2.3.) in /var/sites/n/newsletter.MySite.com/public_html/newsletter/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3792”

    The link to “debugging” doesn’t help me much (not being any sort of expert). Can anyone help me by explaining what’s happening here>

    Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Thanks for your reply. I did not have the time (nor patience) to do what you suggested so simply installed a more friendly forum plugin. But thanks anyway for taking the time to answer
