Changing menu text

Hi,

I have added the language switcher to my menu. Im just wondering if there is any way to change the text that it displays?

For example I would like it to show EN instead of english or FR instead of Francais?

I’m also considering adding the dropdown to my theme, I imagine the display text for this is changed in the same place?
