set facebook profile as avatar

Hi
I cannot choose the Facebook profile picture as avatar on user profile edit page after linking with facebook.
and advice how could i enable twitter adn google plus connection on the profile edit page.
is it possible possible to hide those social connotion buttons on login/signup pages.
