Haven't received my refund

    I purchased the site cleanup service for $99.00. When the techs found that I already cleaned my site adequately, they offered me a one-year subscription to WordFence Pfemium and a refund of about $50. That was a few weeks ago, and my credit card still hasn’t been credited. As WordFence does not provide any means to contact tech support, I’m posting here for an answer. Thanks.

    The refund was sent this morning and was actually $40.
