Probably a CSS or JavaScript conflict. Do a quick inspect and you can see they’re there, but not showing. Switch themes and see if they show up right. If so, you’ll know it’s a theme conflict.

I looked at what I think is your site (I got an email report as well) and the JavaScript isn’t triggering when those buttons are being pressed, which probably means there’s a JavaScript error in the theme that’s breaking the process. You might be able to find it if you turn on debugging in your wp-config.ini file. There is a weird jQuery note in the console, which seems to imply that something broke jQuery.
Basically, I think it’s in your theme.
