I am having the same issue. All three tabs are blank with no functionality.
I also had the same problem and once I updated the Yoast SEO plugin to the most current version, the AMP tabs started working. I hope this helps.

Call to undefined method Yoast_Form::toggle_switch()
I’m having the same issues on several sites – blank tabs. I have the AMP plugin installed and activated as well… hmm
Did you guys end up finding a resolution to this issue? I’m assuming it’s a plugin conflict, but haven’t identified it yet.
