can u normally send/recv from that email?

are you using a domain email such as

emailname@yoursite.com
if so you may need to set that email up in your control panel.

ok so u sd u have this setup in your bluehost control panel as an email
emailname@yoursite.com

and you also have the same email address under
wp-admin>settings>general
emailname@yoursite.com

you can recv and send email from?
emailname@yoursite.com

possible may be plugin or theme affecting response.
disable all plugins and set theme to 2015 and test comment. let me know
