domain migration

hi, the plugin works great if you want to redirect pages within your domain (relative urls).
but how to deal with it when migrating your website?

lets say: http://www.olddomain.com/training.html > http://www.newdomain.com/training
i got a note from the plugin saying that absolute urls aren’t allowed.

please update the plugin to make this happen.
