Hi and sorry for you troubles. The best thing to do with GD is to wait for them to reply to your request.
Until then, you can see if the issue is being caused by a plugin and or theme.
Deactivate all plugins and try again. If the problem is still around, then change your theme to the default twenty sixteen theme and try again once more.
If you are still having issues even with a stock install, GD will be your best bet but we are always here to help as well from the outside.

Thank you for your reply, I contacted them yesterday and I got an automated reply that my case will be addressed within 72 hours. However, after much research I noticed that my problem is a common problem found in the forums, some as old as 10 years! I’m kinda surprised that could’t find any definitive or clear solution. Nobody has ever identified the real problem, so I’m looking forward to know what it is!
There is no set in stone solution to problems when it comes to the interwebs!. Why? There is no sever/config alike which makes it hard to track down. More than likely you will not find a single answer you are looking for but you will find something things you can try.
Have you tried to do as suggested above yet?

Yes Justin, I have tried them. I even logged in through an ftp client and modified some files as suggested in other forums, no luck yet. It’s really weird, it’s like you click post in FB and you keep getting an error and everything else works!
I feel like I need to how to repair the engine of a car just to drive:)
I would venture to say that it is a hosting issue but lets see what they say about it. If you have access to any error logs on the server those may help you track down the issue.
