Database size rises exponentially

    Hi
    I am using the latest version of Wordfence.
    My problem is that the Wordfence tables in my database keep rising in size, reaching almost GBs, until I deactivate WF with settings deleted, and then reactivate it again, following which my database comes to 12 MB, and the process repeats itself.
    I assumed it might be due to a brute force attack on my wp-login page, so I disabled access to wp-login for all others by means of .htaccess tweaks, such that you cannot access wp-login without first entering another password.
    Still, the problem persists. Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Are you using Live Traffic? Here is a previous post with some suggestions on reducing the database size. Give it a look and see if that helps.
