Menu Dropdown Stopped Working randomly

Designing a new site where the theme was working great and all of a sudden the meny dropdown stopped working. It was working fine one second, I changed a setting and then the next thing I know it is broken. I change the setting back to see if that would fix it however it still doesn’t work. I have tried everything. Looking for plugin conflicts couldn’t figure it out. Took off all custom css couldn’t figure it out. Reinstalled theme, didn’t work. Now it does work again once i go to default theme, however that doesn’t help me as i need it to work on my theme. I would say it is the theme however it was working just fine up until that point. Not sure what is wrong. Any help would be great.
