admin-ajax.php is slowing down load time.

This is the WordPress endpoint for AJAX requests. This is not WooCommerce specific. Your host/server might just be struggling with the amount of data + plugins in use.

I said WC doesn’t use this endpoint, so I don’t know what the ‘issue’ is. If its poor quality hosting, optimisation or moving hosts..
