Hi Harry,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Most possibly the issue occurred because of the PHP version installed on your server, our technical team checked everything to make sure our plugin is compatible with all versions. We appreciate your insight. Could you give it another try and let us know how that worked?

How can I can I change the PHP verstion? Why this plugin is the only one that showed error? Thanks.
Harry
Hi Harry,
You do not have to change the PHP version on your server. The plugin is supposed to work with any. Just after your request we have made a few fixes which should have resolved the issue. Please try to re-install the plugin.
In case the issue still occurs, please specify the following to help us troubleshoot:
1. The operation system you are using;
2. The version of WordPress;
3. The PHP version on your server;
4. The screenshot with the error.
If you have any questions, we would be happy to help.
Thank you again for reporting the issue and interest to our plugin.
