The first thing to do is update your wp-config.php file and change this line:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
That will turn on any de-bugging mesages that WordPress outputs. Just remember to change it back when everything gets going correctly!
If that doesn’t show much, look at tht error logs on your server, as these will normally have more information about what the error is and where it’s occuring.
I tried the below code on wp-config.php.
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
But it is still giving me a 500 error. Will just have to check on the stats instead.
I am totally new to the theme of install WP in Bluehost. But I am totally surprised to know so many people have problems installing WP in Bluehost. I read a website that Recommended an easy way to install WP in Bluehost in a very short time. As I had two important questions to ask to the owner of that website, I asked him but to my surprise I did not have any answer.
I also read about other Web hosters that could be have better customer service and now I am thinking about that.
The point is that you can install WP easily but I now know that there are many problems doing it.
Can somebody mention another web hosters that I could tried to read about them? THank you for your answers.
@deltajavierf: hosting questions are off topic as they atract spam and create arguments; the WordPress team has provided a list of recommended hosting providers. For more details and other recommendations, please search through the forums or via Google (or your preferred search engine).
And don’t post a new issue onto a current thread; start your own topic.
