Upgrade Fails!

    I’m trying to upgrade to 2.5 and I get this:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: require_wp_db() in /homepages/42/d232523706/htdocs/wp-settings.php on line 204

    What the hell does that mean? I uploaded all the files, and I had disabled all the plugins (even cleared the cache to make sure that wassup wasn’t intefering)

    I deleted all the wordpress files and went back to my backup and it worked fine…

    Can anyone please help me?

    Can you deleted everything EXCEPT your /wp-content/ folder and then download WP2.5 from there and then upload it.

    Make sure you configure your wp-config.php again
