I’m having an issue setting up my wordpress site to show up correctly on a cell phone. I’ve been working with it for a couple of weeks. I thought I needed to upgrade my Artisteer but they couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working even after upgrading 3 versions and so much testing.
Now I took Artisteer out of the mobile picture and tried the WPTouch plugin. At first it worked very well but after a while I started seeing the same issue as I was seeing before. Basically my menu tabs are not clickable. When I first installed it I saw the button with the 3 bars and it was working to expand the menues and let me click.
When I installed it I configured W3 Total Cache and cleared the cache. All was working as should. After going back and forth testing for a while it went back to the same problem I started with. The same thing happen when I tried to install Artisteer responsive menues, the only different is I was seeing 2 of everything on each page. Two hearders two of the first paragraph, etc…
I’ve tried resetting WPTouch back to default with the same outcome.
    My site is Arsenaltek.com

I’m sorry but we do not support Artisteer themes here. Try asking on http://www.artisteer.com/?forum_id=13&p=forum_topics

To confirm that it is a theme issue, try switching to the default theme to see if that helps.

Esmi. Thank you for responding. I wrote in my post that I did testing with Artisteer for over a week with upgrading three versions and they couldn’t help me. I wrote in my post above that I took Artisteer out of the picture and still had the same outcome.
So… now I have it working on my cell but none of my tabs are clickable on the web…

Also, wondering why if I do upgrade with Artisteer my pages show up in double. I worked with 2 different techs and they put it on the board and no one has every seen that problem before. I even saw my theme options in double yet one set was greyed out. I’ve used it on other sites without this problem. I know you don’t support Artisteer but just putting it out there in case anyone else has ever seen this issue.

Did you switch to the current default theme?

Also, we cannot answer questions about Artisteer here. Please try the Artisteer forums.
