#Branding CSS Conflict

Hi, I’ve been using a child theme for Twenty Eleven for a few years now and recently I noticed that my header image/logo is out of focus.
My site is http://www.jessicaquadra.com but take a look at these screenshots so you can see what I’m referring to. I should also add that on a non-retina display the quality is not as obvious.

Here is what it should look like (I have a blog where I use the same logo).

A web designer I know took a brief look at it and said I have conflicting #branding tags that are causing this problem. Somewhere the sizes are not matching up. It should be 230×80 px. I don’t know where to go from here. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it!
