No Articles in shop. Please revuild cache

Hello,
I have followed the installation instructions, and I have placed the shortcode onto a page where I want my products to display, but I am still getting the error message “No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache.” I have rebuilt the cache, and it rebuilds 1000 products, but still nothing displays on the page were I placed the shortcode ‘[spreadplugin]’. Im not sure what I can do to resolve this issue, but any information would be appreciated.
