    could be incompatiblity issue with your theme. No fix for that

    Is there something wrong in the settings or something?

    No really some themes use a scrolling script that is not compatible with the popup Im afraid. Try changing your theme and see if that fix the issue. If the issue is not appearing with another theme, then we know for sure the theme is the problem.
