Red Border Error Issue on WordPress 4.4.2 Continuing

My website igraviti.com is running a form near the bottom of the page. I am running an email account on my domain using Zoho and for some reason, I have read all the help forums and have tried next to everything and am now just frustrated. Is there any fix for this or what should I do?
