    yes the issues is still there, I was waiting on your response. I have tried everything I know to do.

    Hi Mark,

    Can you try this?

    1. Delete and re-install your MailPoet plugins from the WordPress plugins toolbar. You won’t lose any data, as it’s stored in the database.

    2. Delete and re-create your form, under MailPoet > Settings > Forms.

    Let me know if either of those work.
