upgrading to basic not working

    Hi there…

    I just purchased an upgrade to Modula Basic (from the Lite), and am having trouble implementing it. When downloaded onto my computer, it was not in a zip file… when I created a zip file with the included files, it said it installed, but when I tried to activate it, it would erase it and say this fatal error… Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ModulaHoverEffect in /home5/sacredc2/public_html/lisajrough/wp-content/plugins/Archive/Modula.php on line 1232

    This is very frustrating. I decided to upgrade for the added support as well, and am unable to find a way to find support (other than this). There’s no phone number to call, and no link for support on Modula’s website. If I can’t get this to work, I want my money back. Please, someone help!

    Hi Lisa! I’m sorry for the issue. The link to the support board is on the top menu on the web site http://modula.greentreelabs.net I hoped it was more visible, actually. (We don’t have a public phone number as we’re not native english speaker and also because of the different time zone).

    However, I guess your problem can be easily solved by removing the Lite version.
