It’s working OK for me. What issues are you having?
Some more info … blog is hosted on Godaddy.com, I am using quite a lot of other plugins which could caouse problems.
When I start the plugin it just says …
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
I looked into code … it should be prepared for 2.5 but it doesn’t work. Damn.
Is there any plugin which works the same with those tags: [youtube]URL_TO_MOVIE[/youtube]?

The author’s installation instructions say completely remove the ‘old’ folder for that plugin before uploading the new version.
Maybe try that if you haven’t already.
