    Sorry, I do not have an estimate on when this may be included yet. In the meantime, the major caching plugins do generally work with Wordfence. If you use W3 Total Cache, I recommend leaving the Database cache disabled, as that can cause issues for Wordfence and some other plugins — but the rest of their cache options usually work very well.
