Linking to a slide tab function

I have a tab on the right hand side of my page that, when clicked, slides out to a Custom Contact form.

However, I want to add a link within my page that would also open this tab. So if someone clicks “contact us” somewhere else on the page it would automatically open this tab. Is there a way to call that element?
