Plugin won't activate missing class.filesystem.php

Hi, I’ve juts downloaded this plugin, and it won’t activate.
my php is fine its version 5.4.
Ive checked the plugin folder and there is no file under includes called class.filesytem.php
it wasn’t in the plugin file when downloaded.

This is the message i got when trying to activate: (I’ve removed the full url for privacy and replaced with /…./ )

Can you let me know whats wrong here, very important!
