Find & Replace on WooCommerce MiniCart

Hi,

This is a great plugin, however it doesn’t work on the mini-cart on my site (http://petermuscat.com/bday)

The text on the cart page updates, however the mini-cart doesn’t.

To replicate, add a product with a monogram to the cart. The monograms have names based on the country they’re from (it was the only way to enforce different pricing for different currencies), however they obviously look bad on the cart page, hence the desire to use the find & replace plugin.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
