Cannot like a post more than once

Hello Guys,

I just created a blog for my organisation and also added posts to the said blog.

The issue now is that a post cannot be liked more than once from within the organisation. I feel the public IP of the organisation is used to identify the person liking the post, and this is because other people can like the post.

Please how can I change this settings.
