Unable to update plugins with 4.4.2

When I try to update my plugins I got the error message, that an error occured, it is not possible to copy a file and the path: backupbuddy/destinations/_s3lib2/Monolog/Handler/RavenHandler.php.

I read here in the forum about this problem for version 4.4.1 and that the problem is fixed.

Unfortunately I have still this problem, but not on every server / website. Just one server is affected, and there I have three wordpress installations and updates are not possible in none of them.
