Why won’t wordpress display images

    the html code (img src= blah blah etc)for putting images into a wordpress document is not working. In the preview pane instead of the image I see that the alt text is in its stead. I have copied and pasted the html for images from previous posts and they all appear in the preview pane.

    The browser couldn’t resolve the location of the images. Turn off your visual editor so you can see your img tags and read about ‘absolute vs. relative paths‘.

    Thanks for the reply. Tne problem was with the upload tool. The images were not being copied to the wp-content folder on our fttp site.
