Meta Data on main URL

I am having issues with the meta data. The meta data is working when I post a specific link to facebook, twitter etc thanks to Yoast SEO, but when I post my main URL http://www.outspokenbeauty.com there is no meta data. Where/how to set the meta data for the mail url?
