• I tried to install the WPML plugin from a zipfile that I have. Afterwards I got an error message:
    The http://www.naiadesignshop.com page isn’t working

http://www.naiadesignshop.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    500

The website seems to work fine if I don’t try to access the wp-admin page.
I checked the permissions, nothing is changed.

This is the error message I was able to find in my cpanel:
[20-Mar-2016 15:05:38 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::save_settings() in /home5/dreamsr3/public_html/naiadesignshop/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-product-price-based-on-countries/includes/admin/class-wcpbc-admin-translation-management.php on line 64

Any idea on how to solve this?

To rule out plugin conflict, first, try deleting or renaming the “woocommerce-product-price-based-on-countries/includes” using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

I’ve renamed the folder, the error remains

    Thanks Tara,
I followed the instructions to rename the plugins folder to plugins.hold and back in the cpanel, but it didn’t solve the problem. Not sure how to reset it by http://FTP..

    in cpanel, go to:
    /wp-content/plugins/

    and rename something like this:

    /wp-content/plugins-HOLD/

I did, It loads the page after showing the message e files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home5/dreamsr3/public_html/naiadesignshop/wp-content/advanced-cache.php. in wordpress. If I change the filename back to plugins.php the error remains

II have the same problem, I thought a plugin problem, I disable all plugins ( rename the plugin file on the server my site works ok. Then put rename Plugins back to the original name. slowly activate plugins at some point I will get the error ( isaan-news.services-thai.com is currently unable to handle this request) I have activated plugins in many different orders but it will always happen at some point but not the same point.
I at a loss. help me please? I not that much of a techno.

I’m having a similar problem: I try to log in, and get the message:”xxxx.com page isn’t working,” followed by “xxxx.com didn’t send any data.” I cannot get past logging in. Nothing has changed since I logged in last week, and I’ve tried using two differenct browsers. Any advice on how to fix would be appreciated, because now my forms are no longer working too… yet the website itself looks normal.

    @mcblessing56,

If you noticed, this a relatively older thread.
