"The specified URL cannot be found" error while saving settings.

    Hello,

    When I hit the “Save changes” button on the Languages page to save everything a blank website appears with the error “”The specified URL cannot be found” in a blue box.
    I tried wordpress default themes with no plugins activated except for qtranslate-x and the error persists. so it is not a plugins conflict.

    I also tried clearing the .htaccess file and saving the permalinks again but it didn’t work.
    help is appreciated.
