Need help with thumbnail size

Thank you for the awesome plugin! 🙂
Can someone give me a little help here?

I want to show all my thumbnails with the fixed size 220×320 including the ones that are showing in horizontal.

My idea is to use the default wordpress thumbnail size.

Cant I use the size=”thumbnail” in the shortcode to fix this?
