ReCaptcha key problem

    Activate the plugin on the Options | Plugins Management page of your WordPress admin site. A web form will prompt you to enter a public and private API key.

    ( http://recaptcha.net/plugins/wordpress/ )

    That web form in which I must enter the keys does not show up??? Can anyone tell me how to enter the keys?
