Hover Sub Menu doesn't work on Chrome

I created the mega menu in firefox. I set it up so when you hover over a drop down menu main item, the drop down menu appears. Then, as you hover, the sub menus will extend out. Nothing happens in google chrome, but when you click the main button, it goes straight to the main page, which is what it’s supposed to do. But the drop down menu doesn’t appear.
So far, I’ve tested it in chrome, edge, and firefox. And it only has issues in chrome.
