Looking for WooCommerce Theme recommendation

I’m getting ready to launch a small e-commerce site to sell handmade jewelry, and would like some recommendations for a theme. I’ve done some research, but so far have not found a theme that easily meets all my requirements.

Here’s what I’m looking for
-Woocommerce compatible
-Responsive
-Substantial style customization options
-Ability to sort by product type
-Size selection dropdown for certain products
-Multiple photos per product (bonus points if it has a magnified view option)
-“Sold out” banner or similar
-“Notify me when this project comes back in stock” function (or easy plug-in compatibility to add)
-Mailing list signup (probably will be using Mailchimp)
