First off, apologies if this is not the correct category.
I have had a little search around and was unable to find an answer to my, what could be regarded as, simple question.
Basically all I was wondering was if I was able to create a WordPress theme but making it so that there wasn’t any way of making comments and at the same time not having a comments.php file.
I am not actually using WordPress as a blogging platform for this piece of work that I am doing, it is basically being used as a CMS.
