Default title and colors

    Hello,
    Thanks for your great plugin.
    I have 2 questions:
    1/ Is it possible to display a default title for the days without events (for exemple: closed)
    2/ Is there a way to display in a different color the days with events (for exemple: open) and the days without events (for exemple: closed).
