No need for login

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I’m trying to remove the need to log into the admin to access it. I’m running a number of blogs on a private internal network, each one already has a username and password before the actual blog is viewable and each one is only used by one person. So I want to remove the need to log in twice. Is there anyway to make a blog always logged in regardless of who is viewing it?
