    any help appreciated– http://www.countrysideprops.com .. I resize the pictures and still the Sydney theme crops.. Is there a setting I can use to get all of the picture.. ?? thanks so much for any help… [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]

    It’s likely the theme has the image sizing + cropping options set in a certain way in the functions.php (or similar file). Do you have access or experience with editing those?

    It would be coding within the themes files. If you don’t have experience or the ability to ‘practice’ on a local copy – I wouldn’t recommend editing the live site as it could cause an error / potentially ‘break’ it.

    Perhaps you could contact the theme’s creators?
