When I send the sitemap to Google I got error. And it seems to be because the DOCTYPE Declaration was not recognized or is missing.
How to correct?

Can you post a screenshot of the error you’re seeing? I believe that’s a warning only since your sitemap looks good to me.

Ok. Now sitemap is ok but its the page.xml thats wrong. Look att printscreen http://media.watertech.se/2016/03/errorgoogle.jpg

Hmm can you try submitting the page sitemap again? It also looks good to me.
